The Consult Scoreboard: Know Which Content Books Patients
Ask most practices which post brought in their last cosmetic patient and you will get a shrug. Without measurement, content decisions are guesswork — and guesswork is why teams burn out posting things that never book anything.
The scoreboard is a single table, updated weekly. Every enquiry gets a row: date, name, where they came from, which Reel or post they mentioned, and what stage they reached — enquired, consult booked, consult attended, treatment started.
After four weeks, patterns appear that no amount of scrolling insights will show you. One Reel format books consults; another gets views and nothing else. One topic fills the diary; another fills only the like count.
This is how one cosmetic practice reached roughly 150 new cosmetic patients in a year, about three out of four from Instagram content and Meta ads. The content was not lucky — it was measured, and the winners were repeated.
Make more of what books. Stop making what does not. The scoreboard is the difference between a content habit and a patient acquisition system.
